I really similar Aspen Dental. Anybody is very friendly and the Dentists and Dental Assistants Are our standing. The just issue that I have had was when I went in form my 6 month cleaning, I was told information technology was $155! And I have Delta Dental! The receptionist didn't bat an eye when I told her my dental plan had non changed and that I have never had to pay most that much money for anything related to a checkup/cleaning. Luckily, I mentioned information technology to the hygienist and she immediately looked in my file and said it should be basically free:) When I went back upwards to the desk-bound, a different person was at that place. She called Delta snd apparently at that place was a glitch in the organisation... The receptionist confirmed that if I wouldn't take continued to question the charge, I would accept paid and none would accept been the wiser:(

I was terrified to become a crown and other needed piece of work done subsequently years of not seeing a dentist, plus expensive piece of work is very scary when you're looking at your bank balance. Open up til my final ii visits I would have definitely given Aspen Dental a 5-star rating, however that situation has changed the last two times I've been in I take felt like a role of a cattle call everyone is rushed everyone is backside schedule the sound of a phone ringing annoys every employee there. The concluding two times I take had to come back an extra visit to cease of the work that was scheduled to exist done it seems to me that under Staffing is a huge problem I get that they are able to price out the manner they do because of a quicker service, but I think it's gotten to a point where service is drastically affected.

The experience I have had so far has been awesome. The staff are very polite, accomodating and easy to talk to without feeling judged or criticized. The office manager Sarah did everything she could to make certain the pricing was as affordable equally possible. They're prissy and clean, just a simple crown has go a huge mess. On 12/28 I was seen for a cracked tooth that was supposed to be a simple crown. The scissure did not become to the nerve, but the temp crown had a terrible high bite that killed the root a calendar week later. Because their only dentist who does root canals was out for the calendar month, this lead to ii appointments with a specialist out of their network, and an emergency visit for extreme hurting. Waiting to be seen caused the inflammation in the root to spread to the periodontal ligament. While information technology's not terribly serious, it was the most agonizing hurting of my life. Opioids couldn't touch it. It took two doses of steroids to take it down, with 2 unlike antibiotics "just in case" that I wound up having reactions to. During that time I saw the emergency dentist, who urged me to phone call aspen, leave a message, and continue my appointment. I did that, but no one checked the messages, so when I came in my regular dentist acted like I had wasted his fourth dimension. The crown came in, also massively also loftier and wide, so the shade I chose to match my teeth was all sanded away. It'south been two weeks and the crown is loose. I can hear bubbling popping along the seam and information technology wiggles if I eat on that side. At this betoken I'm worried the crown is a bust and that I will be charged for a new 1. The other event I have is a general lack of communication. Aspen has opened credit lines in my name without me expressing that I wanted it (luckily they're easy to close if you put nothing on them) and I've had to abolish appointments before when -whoops! It turns out the person they were bringing in wasn't covered by my insurance, something I only caught because I got curious and asked before the appointment, not because they contacted me. All in all, I've never seen the same person twice and every appointment has resulted in a complication that costs me fourth dimension and money. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental! Very friendly, professional person staff and I didn't wait also long past my appt fourth dimension. The dentists fabricated me feel comfy and at ease. I'm not a big fan of the dentist and tend to get very nervous and broken-hearted but they made me feel very comfy and they communicated everything they were going to do before they did information technology which fabricated me feel less scared. People here are very professional and informative. Waiting 55 minutes by my appointment time to go my cleaning was aggravating, merely would accept been okay if at that place had been an excuse similar a dental emergency or someone out sick.
